Not too much excitement today. The guy came out to test the well at the restaurant. Then it was off to see yet another insurance agent. This time regarding the business and worker's comp insurance. Fun stuff there (not really).
Lisa & I had lunch at one of the downtown restaurants. Note to self....make sure to get food out in less than 25 minutes during lunch. Especially when there were only about 15 people in the restaurant.
Then it was off to interview another chef candidate. Finding the right guy will be the key to my success! I'm hoping to narrow the search to about 3 people by the end of next week. The next step after that will be to have them create a original dinner.
I spent the rest of the day researching equipment and tweeking my budgets.
More interviews and vendor meetings tomorrow. Then a relaxing weekend with the boys before getting buried in the restaurant.
